Since 2010, Samarth Pratishthan has been giving ‘Samarth Gaurav Puraskar’ to promote and bring to the public eye such outstanding organizations that are not in the limelight, contribute to society, and so on. 11 thousand rupees, medals, shawl, punier turban are the form of this award.

Snehalay, an organization run my Mr. Kulkarni, works for orphans and handicapped children in addition to the kids of HIV-positive families and those working in brothels. The organization also provides good education and living facilities to homeless and windowed women. It encourages them to learn things in the field of their choice and makes them independent in order to face the world outside. Many such once-sheltered members are now on their own feet today.

Mr. Girish Kulkarni

Through their foundation ‘Vignaharta-Nyas’, they mediate coordination between the Pune Police Dept. and the Ganapati Mandals during Ganeshotsav. They actively organize eye donation camps throughout the year. Rehabilitating flood-struck villages of Helwak, Koynanagar, and Karhad and drought-struck villagers of Marathwada and Vidarbha regions is also an area on which the foundation majorly works.

Dr. Milind Bhoi

Umang was born from the desire of an MSW degree holder and a person of low means, Mr. Khilare, to help and uplift the tribal folks of Melghat. The organization works for the upliftment of the tribal people by educating them, creating small-pay jobs, making them aware of their rights, and teaching them agricultural practices. They have also established rehabilitation centers for tobacco and alcohol addicts, primary schools, and primary health centers for isolated adivasis in Melghat.Visit Site

He has been working on the rescue and rehabilitation of border violence-affected kids specifically girls in the Kupwara, Budgam, and Anantnag regions of Kashmir. The emphasis lies on the Healthcare, Education, Rehabilitation of Orphans & Widows, Women Empowerment, Migrants & Refugees, and Empowerment through Employment.

Mr. Adhik Kadam

He has been working as a peon in an elementary school in Shrigonda for many years. Taking motivation from Baba Amte and an organization ‘Snehalay’ he has taken the responsibility of educating the children from ‘The Fowler community’ for free for the last 4 years. After seeing Mr. Zhende’s selfless service Mr. Nilkanth Kulkarni donated his old villa, currently 60 to 70 students of all age groups are studying and staying there.
